RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, here’s everything you need to know.


ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns on products purchased exclusively through thesignatureperfume.com. Items bought through any other channel are not covered under this policy.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original, unopened packaging unused and unaltered
  • Be reported and returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Include all original packaging materials

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item appears damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@thesignatureperfume.com with details and photos where possible.

We will review each case and make a fair determination as to whether the damage or defect was present at the time of delivery.


WHAT WE DON’T ACCEPT

We are unable to process returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Products not purchased through our website
  • Packages lost or damaged in return transit — we recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that don’t reach us

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


OUR DISCRETION

Signature Private Collection reserves the right to decline any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
